I became a mum at the age of 17, which meant my fitness journey & self-care took a back seat for many years.
In 2018, at 34 years of age, I signed up to a boxing for fitness gym, I always wanted to learn boxing.

In 2018, at 34 years of age, I signed up to a boxing for fitness gym, I always wanted to learn boxing.
I realised that boxing was more than a workout. Boxing really helped switch off my thoughts to the outside world and allowed me to focus on myself for a 45 min session.
I was blessed by a few great people from Fit College Perth, who helped me gain my Certificates 3 & 4 in personal training.
My friend Scott Corthorne, from Boxfit Academy Perth, really encouraged & supported me to build my knowledge and he continues to be a massive support of mine today.
When I chose to change my career to full time trainer in 2021. I had a lot of support, from people I least expected, fast forward to 2023 & a few events lead me to be in a fantastic position to open my own humble little studio.
My journey has provided me with some life lessons & I love being in the position to educate people on the benefits of a Physical & Mental Health.

With the continuous circuit style training, you don't need to book into the classes, just show up within the opening hours and jump straight into your workout. You can do as little or as much as you like.

Classes are designed around full body Strength & Conditioning & Boxing for fitness.
There is no partnered work, I will provide 1:1 pad work & guidance on your boxing and strength each & every session.

You will receive individual attention from Cassie with the boxing, it is very safe and supportive. We start with the basic & make sure we have fun.
The boxing is completely 1:1 with Cassie herself, you will not be required to hold pads nor will anyone but Cassie be holding pads & teaching boxing. Happy to confirm there is no partner work in the club.
This group class is 100% adaptable to suit every individuals needs.
There is a strong encouragement to just move your body, I currently make a number of adjustments for my current memebrs who face their own restrictions etc.
