Group fitness circuit

FREE Trial for everyone, with the continuous circuit training, you don't need to book into the classes, just show up within the opening hours and jump into your workout, every 3 minutes is a new round. You can do as little or as much as you like.
Classes are designed around full body Strength & Conditioning & Boxing for fitness. There is no partnered work, I will provide 1:1 pad work & guidance on your boxing and strength each & every session. 


3 Month Contract:        $57.00 pw 

6 Month Contract:        $52.00 pw

Personal training designed for your comfort. If gym anxiety has held you back, I offer the unique opportunity to train in a fully private gym space. I'm here to support you and help gain confidence.


Offering a variety of training options, including Strength, Boxing, and circuit-style workouts that blend cardio and strength. 


If you're feeling unsure about joining a class because you’re worried about your fitness level, I also provide one-off private training sessions designed to help you build confidence and understanding before you jump in.

Hire this Space

Being a specific group fitness-based class, there are times my space is not in use, following a few enquiries, I have decided to put the offer out there to rent this space.


Have you got a workshop, class, or creative idea that needs a home? My intimate boutique boxing-for-fitness studio is available for casual hire.

We’re tucked in a sweet spot near the South Perth foreshore, surrounded by great local cafés and super close to public transport. Whether you’re running a wellness session, hosting a pop-up, or just need a clean, open space to bring people together, we’ve got you covered.


What You’ll Love:

  • Open, light-filled space with a welcoming feel
  • Great flooring for movement-based activities
  • Sound system, air con, and access to change rooms
  • Optional use of boxing gear if that suits your event

You will receive individual attention from Cassie with the boxing, it is very safe and supportive. We  start with the basic & make sure we have fun.


Wear comfortable workout attire, bring water, and a sweat towel. If you don't have boxing gloves, I can lend you a pair for the free trial. However, if you decide to sign up, you'll need to purchase your own.

For convenience, you can buy boxing gloves and hand wraps directly from me if you'd like!


The boxing is completely 1:1 with Cassie herself, you will not be required to hold pads nor will anyone but Cassie be holding pads & teaching boxing. Happy to confirm there is no partner work in the club.


This group class is 100% adaptable to suit every individuals needs.

There is a strong encouragement to just move your body, I currently make a number of adjustments for my current memebrs who face their own restrictions etc.

Cassie Richards

Becoming a mum at 17 meant that my fitness journey and self-care had to take a backseat for many years. However, in 2018, at the age of 34, I finally took the leap and joined a boxing-for-fitness gym—something I had always wanted to do.


I quickly realized that boxing was more than just a workout. It became a way to disconnect from the outside world and focus entirely on myself for 45 minutes.


I was fortunate to have incredible support from Fit College Perth, where I earned my Certificates III & IV in personal training. My friend Scott Corthorne, from Boxfit Academy Perth, played a huge role in encouraging and guiding me, and he continues to be an invaluable source of support.


In 2021, I made the decision to pursue a full-time career as a trainer. The amount of support I received—often from the most unexpected people—was truly humbling. Fast forward to 2023, and after a series of pivotal events, I found myself in the perfect position to open my very own small, yet meaningful, studio.


My journey has taught me valuable life lessons, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to educate others on the profound benefits of both physical and mental health

Say hi to Clint Slomp👋

Clint has recently jumped on board to help run our Wednesday morning and afternoon classes—and he’s already bringing great energy to the crew. 

Clint is also keen to work with private clients, so if you’re after some 1:1 training, he’s available every Wednesday. Just reach out to lock in a session.


Outside the gym, Clint’s a Level 2 Running Coach and the founder of The Manning Park Trail Runners—a free run/hike group that’s all about getting outdoors, moving your body, and having a laugh with good people.

Clint has proven to be a great fit for our small close-knit community!
