Becoming a mum at 17 meant that my fitness journey and self-care had to take a backseat for many years. However, in 2018, at the age of 34, I finally took the leap and joined a boxing-for-fitness gym—something I had always wanted to do.
I quickly realized that boxing was more than just a workout. It became a way to disconnect from the outside world and focus entirely on myself for 45 minutes.
I was fortunate to have incredible support from Fit College Perth, where I earned my Certificates III & IV in personal training. My friend Scott Corthorne, from Boxfit Academy Perth, played a huge role in encouraging and guiding me, and he continues to be an invaluable source of support.
In 2021, I made the decision to pursue a full-time career as a trainer. The amount of support I received—often from the most unexpected people—was truly humbling. Fast forward to 2023, and after a series of pivotal events, I found myself in the perfect position to open my very own small, yet meaningful, studio.
My journey has taught me valuable life lessons, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to educate others on the profound benefits of both physical and mental health

Clint has recently jumped on board to help run our Wednesday and Friday classes—and he’s already bringing great energy to the crew.
Clint is also keen to work with private clients, so if you’re after some 1:1 training, he’s available every Wednesday. Just reach out to lock in a session.
Outside the gym, Clint’s a Level 2 Running Coach and the founder of The Manning Park Trail Runners—a free run/hike group that’s all about getting outdoors, moving your body, and having a laugh with good people.
